Located in Brussels’ Quartier Nord district, the building consists of four towers – similar in appearance but different in height and linked together by a public green space – and was designed by architects Jaspers-Eyers as an oasis of greenery and calm.

Offering 62,000 m2 of office space, the project has been designed to meet the passive standard (BREEAM “Outstanding”) of the Brussels-Capital Region and to comply with the highest standards of innovation and environmental performance.

The building is equipped with innovative technologies for responsible development, capable of guaranteeing excellent comfort within it.

At the end of 2021, the building’s major works will be completed and its first occupants will move in. In addition to its office space and central garden, Quatuor offers its occupants coworking spaces, rooftop terraces, a bar, a restaurant and a fitness room.

Cegelec, and more specifically the Cegelec HVAC Commercial South and Cegelec Elec South West BU’s, took part in creating the HVAC, sanitary and electrical scopes.

We are also carrying out leasehold fit-outs on behalf of Beobank, Silversquare, Touring, Kone, Sopra and By-Way.
